Fixamat delivers your order using DHL parcel service and DHL freight transport.
As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace link.
If you choose delivery, the shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and delivery address.
Delivery is free for orders above a certain amount.
This is clearly indicated in the shopping cart.
Products that are in stock are shipped within one business day.
Depending on the carrier's workload, the destination, and the size of the shipment,
you will receive your order within a few days.
As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace link.
When placing an order with fixamat, you can choose to pick it up yourself in Erpe-Mere (BE).
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup is always free of charge.
You do not need a VAT number to order from fixamat.
Fixamat delivers to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France as standard.

The right of
withdrawal applies only in the context of a B2C relationship.
In the context of a
B2B relationship, as a business customer, you may contact Fixamat if a
purchased product does not meet your expectations.
Exceptions to the
right of withdrawal.
The right of
withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
Exercising your
right of withdrawal.
As a consumer, you
may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving a
purchased product. You must then notify Fixamat using the completed and signed
withdrawal form* or via a message clearly explaining why you wish to withdraw from
the agreement. You should preferably do this by email at [email protected]. You
then have another 14 calendar days to return the product in its original and
unused condition in the original packaging. The return shipping cost is the
responsibility of the consumer. The costs of the original delivery will be
refunded by Fixamat unless it concerns a partial return. The purchase price of
the returned product will be refunded by Fixamat after receipt and inspection
of the return shipment.
